“Where the desert meets the clouds, and the silence is higher than the wind.”
📖 Overview
The Kanamo Peak Trek is a 6–7 day high-altitude expedition that begins in Kibber (4,270 m) and culminates at the Kanamo summit (5,960 m / 19,600 ft)—one of the highest trekkable peaks in India. “Kanamo” means White Lady in the local dialect, and the peak lives up to its name with its snow-streaked ridges, boulder-strewn flanks, and panoramic views of Lahaul, Spiti, Kinnaur, and even Tibet. Though no technical climbing is required, the trek demands excellent fitness, acclimatization, and mental grit.
